Guiding the Young Child to Success by Building Confidence & Fostering Independence
Friday, March 05 | 04:30 PM - 05:15 PM
Session 2: Workshops
When introducing a challenging task, it is not always easy to determine if the child will work through it or will become frustrated to the point of failure. In this workshop, you will learn observation strategies that will help you best understand when to provide additional assistance and when to step back and let the child work independently. You will leave with a heightened awareness for assessing a child’s temperament and new approaches for fostering confidence, independence, and success.
