Eco Lab for Early Childhood

Saturday, March 14 | 03:30 PM - 05:00 PM

Session 6: Workshops
  • Specialized Content Area
  • Workshop
  • Early Childhood

The child in the first plane of development is in a state of self-construction and learns best through hands-on exploration of the concrete objects in the world around them. In this session, you’ll learn a framework to expose Early Childhood students to scientific concepts and vocabulary that they can use to describe the world around them. You will take home a full complement of environmental science activities and ideas—including gardening, electricity, physics, and nature—that you can use in your own school setting.

Mandarin interpretation available.
